This court serves Tunkhannock Borough and the Townships of Eaton, Exeter, Falls, Monnroe, Northmoreland, and Noxen. When District 44-3-04 is eliminated on January 1, 2016, this court will also serve the Boroughs of Laceyville and Meshoppen, and the Townships of Braintrim, Forkston, Mehoopany, Meshoppen, North Branch, and Windham. At that time, the Townships of Exeter and Falls will move from this District to District 44-3-01.

This court serves the Boroughs of Laceyville and Meshoppen, and the Townships of Braintrim, Forkston, Mehoopany, Meshoppen, North Branch, Tunkhannock, Washington, and Windham. This court will be eliminated on January 1, 2016, at which time the Townships of Tunkhannock and Washington will move to District 10-3-01; and the Boroughs of Laceyville and Meshoppen and the Townships of Braintrim, Forkston, Mehoopany, Meshoppen, North Branch, and Windham will move to District 10-3-02
