This court serves Conyngham Borough and the Townships of Black Creek, Butler, Hollenback, and Sugarloaf. It will also serve Freeland Borough and Foster Township when District 11-3-05 is eliminated on January 1, 2018. Hollenback Township will move to District 11-3-01 on January 1, 2018.

This court serves the Boroughs of Freeland, Penn Lake Park, and White Haven; and the Townships of Dennison and Foster. This court will be eliminated on January 1, 2018, at which time Freeland Borough and Foster Township will move to District 11-3-03; and Penn Lake Park Borough, White Haven Borough, and Dennison Township will move to District 11-3-06.
