New Mexico Civil Legal Assistance
LawHelp New Mexico provides links to organizations that offer free civil legal services to income-eligible residents, with contact information and online applications. A domestic violence hotline and information about free legal clinics are also provided.
New Mexico Legal Services for Seniors
The State Bar of New Mexico's Legal Resources for the Elderly Program provides residents age 55 and over with free civil legal advice and brief services. Links to relevant publications, a calendar of workshops and legal clinics, and additional resources are included.

The Law Offices of the Public Defender provide free legal assistance to indigent criminal defendants, and reduced-rate services to defendants who are not eligible based on income.
