Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Electronic Filing
The Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas allows the general public to use electronic filing in certain cases. Persons who are representing themselves without an attorney ("pro se") may register to use e-filing in civil trial division cases, Orphans' Court cases, and some domestic relations cases. Users must fill out the registration form before e-filing access is granted.

Problem Solving Court Information

These are specialized divisions of Courts of Common Pleas that can set up treatment and supervision in lieu of incarceration for some non-violent offenders with substance abuse and mental health problems.
