Monmouth County Estate Records
Search Monmouth County estate index by name. Search results include name, town, case type, date of death, and docket number. When a record is located, additional information may be requested by completing and printing an online request form and mailing the form and a $10 fee to the Surrogate's Office. The Surrogate's Office will reply with a list of available documents and the procedure for requesting them.
