Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims

This court has jurisdiction over workers' compensation claims for injuries that occurred prior to February 1, 2014. Claims for injuries that occur on or after that date are handled by the Workers' Compensation Commission, a state administrative agency. The Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims is set to expire in 2020.
