Norfolk-Portsmouth Area Lawyer Referral
The Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association offers a lawyer referral service by telephone or email in the Cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. An initial consultation with a lawyer can be arranged for a nominal fee.
