Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Electronic Filing
The Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas allows the general public to use electronic filing in certain cases. Persons who are representing themselves without an attorney ("pro se") may register to use e-filing in Civil trial division cases, Orphans' Court cases, and some Domestic Relations cases. Users must fill out the registration form before e-filing access is granted.
