11th Judicial Circuit Worthless Check Collection and Prosecution
The 11th Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office offers information about its Worthless Check Program, which collects restitution for worthless check victims and prosecutes worthless check writers in Edgefield, Lexington, McCormick, and Saluda Counties. Information about procedure, payment, and a link to the worksheet form are provided.
