One neighbor's car stereo is so loud it vibrates my home whenever he drives by or sits in his driveway to listen to his music.
Another neighbor has weekly parties where they are loud with their voices and with their music well past 10p.
Buying a home was suppose to help rid ourselves of this kind of nuisance! After more than a year, it's time to look into filing complaints rather than calling the police to quiet them. We've been patient enough.

Secondhand tobacco smoke is a nuisance. Smokers do not seem to or want to, claim responsibilty for the gaseous toxic emissions they are creating and poisoning everyone in the immediate vicinity with. I think that the courts would support claims of nuisance for exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke and provide financial damages as compensation for the physical and detrimental health effects one derives from breathing it in.
