Electronic Case Record Tracking
Register for free e-mail notification of activity in cases you select to be tracked. Service is availble for Supreme Court civil cases in all counties, some local civil courts, and criminal cases in 13 counties.
Search Electronically Filed Case Records
Search electronically filed Supreme Court and Court of Claims case information by case identifier, party name, attorney name, or tax certiorari block and lot. Search can be narrowed by county and case type. Electronic filing is currently available for certain commercial, tort, and tax certiorari cases in participating counties, and in any case type in Broome and Erie Counties. Case information for The Court of Claims is currently available only for counties in the Albany District.
